Putin and Pashinyan's Karabakh debate were denied
The issue of the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement was not discussed during the meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said commenting on the meeting.
Azdigest reports that "Karabakh conflict was not discussed. A detailed conversation took place yesterday, very thorough, very trusting in bilateral relations and on various aspects of trade and economic cooperation," Peskov said.
Notably, the day before Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan held a meeting on the margins of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).
